PL® Premium Polyurethane Construction Adhesive
PL® Premium is a polyurethane adhesive that provides superior results and is safer to use. PL® Premium generates three times the power of traditional construction adhesives. It may be used inside or outside and will last as long as the surfaces it joins together.
How to Use:
To assure positive adhesion, make certain all surfaces are clean, dry and free of dirt, oil, grease and loose materials. Apply a 3/8” adhesive bead along each of the studs. Press into place. PL® Premium will bridge gaps up to 3/8”. Drying time may vary, depending on the humidity and porosity of the materials bonded together. PL Premium's reactive nature allows the formation of high strength bonds quickly. Many applications will develop full strength in less than 24 hours. Material may be repositioned up to 30 minutes without losing adhesive strength.
PL300® Foam Board Adhesive
PL300® provides dependable adhesion of foam to all types of surfaces, including wood, fiberglass panels, concrete, brick, metal and drywall. It is compatible with foam board insulation. It permanently joins the foam to the substrate without compromising the insulation value of the foam.
How to Use:
To assure positive adhesion, make certain all surfaces are clean, dry and free of dirt, oil, grease and loose materials. Apply a 3/8” adhesive bead along each of the studs. Press into place. Allow 24 hours before installing drywall.
OSI Pro-Series® QB-300™ MultiPurpose Construction Adhesive
OSI® Pro-Series® QB-300™ Multi Purpose Construction Adhesive is a versatile dual purpose adhesive for bonding all types of paneling to structurally sound surfaces. Installs vinyl covered gypsum panels and all types of foam panel boards.
How to Use:
To assure positive adhesion, make certain all surfaces are clean, dry and free of dirt, oil, grease and loose materials. Apply a 3/8” adhesive bead along each of the studs. Press into place. This product is not a contact adhesive, meaning it will allow repositioning of panels for up to 20 minutes. Allow 24 hours before installing drywall.
