Last fall we visited the scenic city of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho to document a large scale InSoFast UX 2.0 project in construction at Canfield Middle School. It was an interesting project for InSoFast in terms of scale. Nearly 7,000 square feet of wall space in the gymnasium was to be insulated with our UX panels, along with another 3,000 square ft of walls throughout the new classroom additions to the school. We met with everyone involved in the project, including the distributor Doug Cossette of Spokane Wall, the architect Scott Fischer of Architects West, and even chatted with some of the workers on site.
The view from Lake Coeur d’Alene. Not a bad place to witness an InSoFast install.
The distributor and President of Spokane Wall Systems- Doug Cossette. For years he has been selling InSoFast panels to clients all over the country including states like Alaska.

Here’s the exterior of Canfield Middle School. The area pictured was adjacent to the new classroom additions including the the 7,000 square foot gymnasium.
UX panels stacked high in the gymnasium. We were unable to witness the InSoFast install, but at the time the sky-high walls of the new gym were getting prepped for InSoFast UX 2.0 panels.

Men at work! It was the first time installing InSoFast panels for this construction worker but he found it simple and fun to use.
Another view of the new gymnasium. Note the height of the walls and the large stacks of InSoFast boxes!

This room is part of one of the classroom additions to the Canfield Project. At this point in the process the panels were completely installed and the workers were beginning to screw in the drywall.

Stay tuned next week for an interview with the architect of the Canfield Project. We’ll interview Fischer about the project and why InSoFast UX 2.0 panels were the perfect fit for this large scale commercial project.
