The Flat Panel UX 2.0 is our thinnest profile flat panel, optimized for insulating interior surface and is versatile enough for use on for floors, walls, and ceilings. It is a 2″ thick closed-cell, injection-molded EPS foam panel that achieves R-8.5 insulation.
The 2.0 Flat Panels are available for purchase in various bundles designed for the sidewalls, endwalls, ceilings and floors of 20′ / 40′ Cube containers and 20′ / 40′ Standard containers.

- The high-strength co-polymer plastic studs on 11 or 22-inches centers provide a positive attachment stud for finishing the container. The ribbed dovetails surface provides for adhesive applications against the metal surfaces.
The CX LowPro is ideally suited for container conversions in commercial, residential, industrial, interior or exterior applications where thin wall insulation and framing is the primary concern. It is part of three-step process (to be used with Sidewall / Endwall Inserts and locally sourced 3/4″ thick sheet foam insulation) designed to fill and insulate the corrugated sidewalls / endwalls of shipping containers, providing attachment for finishes. Used in this configuration with 1/2″ thick drywall, only 1 1/4″ of interior space is lost.

Inserts – Sidewall, Endwall, Ceiling and Corner Post
InSoFast inserts are custom designed to fit the depths of the container’s sidewall, endwall and ceiling corrugation, minimizing hidden air spaces. Our inserts are designed to be used with our Flat Panels, CX LowPro Insulated Studs, or locally sourced 3/4″ thick sheet foam insulation. Corner Post Inserts infill the corner’s corrugated voids, preventing hidden condensation. The Metal “M” angle of the corner post insert provides a solid corner stud for finishes like drywall.
