Our thickest panel yet, the MAX 3.75 RW is a 3¾ in. thick closed-cell, injection-molded EPS foam panel that achieves R-15.9 insulation. The MAX 3.75 RW is a universal super insulated flat panel, optimized for interior and exterior finishing. The MAX 3.75 RW flat panel will work on floors, walls, ceilings.

The Flat Panel EXe 2.5 is optimized for exterior wall applications, one trip the the wall does what traditional methods need 5 trips. The non-ferrous studs every 16” on center provide positive attachment for siding and superior moisture and insulation control. Built into the front and back of the EX panel is a network of shingle-style capillary channels. They comply with Oregon Residential Speciality Code section R701.1 allowing the panel to serve as a certified rainscreen for exterior applications.

The Flat Panel EXi 2.5 is our best and most versatile interior/exterior grade panel as it is optimized for masonry, flat surface or framed construction. It combines all the best features of continuous insulation that is ready for finishing. The panel is a 2 1/2″ thick closed-cell, injection-molded EPS foam panel that achieves R-10.5 insulation. The 2.5 flat panel will work on floors, walls, and ceilings. It is a good choice as a sub-flooring base panel and for shipping container builds.
