Attention: We (you) are experiencing Coronavirus shipping delays and more carriers are not holding undeliverable shipments. InSoFast wants to assure you receive your order in a timely fashion without additional fees charged. Until further notice, please inform InSoFast at if the ship-to address for your order may not be open during normal business hours to receive the shipment. If you are selecting to ship to a business that is closed at the time of receiving the shipment, you will be charged for the return shipment.

Determining Quantity

Measure twice, order once.

Verify the length and height of your project’s surfaces that you want to cover. Determine accurate square footage for your order. Do not overestimate or add for too much waste. Our online price calculator will round up to the next full box level and determine price level.

Do not order extra panels. Mis-cut panels can be glued back together and reused. Unnecessary over shipment may not qualify for return authorization.

Taxes and Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Check or Check Card. Personal checks require a processing time of three business days.

Customers shipping to locations within the United States can can purchase online via our secure website. Shipments to locations outside the United States must call (888) 501-7899 to place an order.

For sales made to MI, MN, MA, PA, ID, KS, SD or Canadian addresses, sales tax will be collected. For all other sales, the customer is responsible for any state or local sales tax.

Orders Canadian

For all Canadian orders:

  • All prices are quoted in US Dollars.
  • Website orders and quotes are not available at this time.
    • *All quotes are done over the phone or through email.
  • For orders less than $1,000.00, a $40.00 per box shipping fee will be added for small parcel delivery service.
  • For orders over $1,000.00, the $40.00 per box charged is waived.  A flat brokerage fee of $195.00 is added to the order and free delivery is applicable for most addresses.  Remote delivery charges may apply.
  • All appropriate federal and provincial taxes are collected before shipment.

Orders International

International Ordering

For international orders payment is by wire transfer only. At this time, we have limited distribution outside of the USA and only ship full container quantities.

All internationally orders are shipped to a USA port of the buyer’s choice. The buyer is responsible for all overseas transportation costs and duties. The buyer works directly with their freight forwarder to make all overseas shipping arrangements. (Note InSoFast’s quoted pricing does not include any import or duty fees that maybe levied by your government.)

FREE Deliveries

Free Shipping via Common Carrier CURB-SIDE DELIVERY

Attention: We (you) are experiencing Corona-virus shipping delays. Please plan on a 2-5 day add to your shipping times. All bulky items, large orders, like insulation, take up too much room in an over crowded truck. So our InSoFast customers are experiencing delays, not all good things come in small packages.

A minimum (5-10 days)* delivery appointment required Common Carrier Shipping. The order will be shipped on a pallet with standard delivery services. A 53' tractor trailer pulls up in front of your home/business so the address must be accessible for a large 53' truck. The InSoFast panels come in easy to handle 20 pound boxes that are stretch wrapped together on a pallet. You do not need to have the capabilities of unloading the full pallet, just cut the stretch wrap and unload the boxes individually.  

Your order will be palletized and should look like this photo, if it is not and you suspect a damaged inspect and verifying the shipment is in order!

If a friend or relative is accepting the shipment – they must know that they are your legal representative to the freight company. They are responsible for how they accept the shipment. We do NOT replace missing freight if it is not noted on the paperwork. PLEASE COUNT all of the boxes before signing the Proof of Delivery paperwork. You can look on the packing slip to see how each pallet is configured.

Delivery Upgrade

Delivery Upgrades:

If you wish to have pallets unloaded by driver and set on the ground with a lift-gate, you must contact the freight company directly before your scheduled delivery. The freight company will not back onto your driveway and they will not bring your shipment into your garage.

  • Lift-gate service may delay your delivery by several days.
  • Any fees associated with lift-gate service be your responsibility at time of delivery.
  • Upgraded Parcel Ground Delivery Service up to 15 packages (No appointment necessary, delivery times are not guaranteed)

Deliveries to Rural Areas

Although we do our best to provide you with the lowest delivered price for our products, we cannot always ship everywhere for free. Delivery area surcharge (DAS) Essentially, freight carriers apply additional charges for shipments either picked up or delivered in certain ZIP codes. The fees are applied to out-of-the-way businesses, residences, and farms, remote, sparsely populated, or geographically difficult areas to access. Sample Credit

Sample Pack

We have a low risk sample pack program established in the lower 48 states. We will ship to you a InSoFast sample pack, literature, and an installation guide for $30.00 to $50.00 depending on the cost of the sample pack. If you purchase $1000.00 of material we will credit you for cost of the sample packs within 90 days of your purchase, we will refund the cost of the pack. (limit 1 pack $50.00 maximum credit). Due to additional freight charges, sample credits are not available for International orders, Canada, Mexico, Alaska and Hawaii and will include an additional freight charge to those regions. Cancelation and Returns

1No Returns without Authorization.

Authorized Returns are subject to $35 Restocking Charge per box and up to 50% of the cost of the whole order. No Returns after 30 days. No returns from authorized retailer will be accepted, all returns must go through the authorized retailer. Only unopened and unused boxes will be considered for return. No Returns for sales outside the continental US

Credit Issued.

No credits will be issued until the product has been returned and evaluated for condition.

  • Purchases made with a check will be issued a check refund within 30 days.
  • Purchases made with a credit card or debit card will have a credit issued to the same account.
    • Discover® Card, American Express®, Mastercard®, Visa®, gift card, debit at the discretion of InSoFast®.
2Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes but act quickly. To cancel or modify your order contact us immediately at or call 888-501-7899 with your request. However, we cannot guarantee that your request to modify or cancel your order will be granted.

3How long do I have to cancel my order?

You can cancel your order any time before it reaches the "In Process Ready to Ship" stage. Once your order is in processed and sent to the fulfillment center, it cannot be cancelled without a processing fee. We strive to have all orders "In Process Ready to Ship" within 24 hours. You have less than 24 hours to cancel your order without any additional fees. If it is past the 24-hour mark and you do not want the items you ordered, you can still return them. See below.

4Will I be charged if I cancel my order after it is shipped?

Yes you will be charged in the event of a cancellation. The freight company’s charges for delivery will be assessed. At a minimum you will be charged a $30 restocking fee per box and up to 50% of the cost of the entire order.

Damage or Missing Boxes

1I am missing part of my order what do I do?
Missing Boxes?
    • Never let a driver talk you out of noting missing or damaged product on the paperwork!
    • You MUST note missing boxes on the driver’s paperwork! If you do not, there is no proof that you did not receive the full order and the freight company will not make it right!
    • Verify the number of boxes received with the number of boxes indicated on the packing slip or your invoice. Do not go off of the number of boxes that the freight company may have on their paperwork.
    • Call InSoFast, LLC at 888-501-7899 immediately to report the missing boxes!

Damaged Product?


  • Even if there is significant damage, refusing the delivery will add approximately two weeks to your replacement delivery time. Freight companies do not move quickly when working through a problem. It is typical for a freight company to take up to a week to approve the reshipment and then you have to add the typical delivery time again.
  • We will accommodate you and make it right – the freight company will not!
3Can I keep working and use the damaged panels?
Defining what is damage?
  • It is not uncommon for the boxes to have some damage on the outside. Often times there is little to no damage to the InSoFast panels themselves.

  • Don't panic you can keep working and use those slightly damaged panels. Use the slightly damaged panels and work around window openings or at the top of the wall.

  • Please contact us if you have any questions, we do want to make sure that you have what you need to complete your project.

4What are the necessary Steps to Claim Damaged Product?
  • Accept the shipment.
  • Take photos of damaged pallet before unloading if possible.
  • Inspect the damaged boxes with the delivery driver present. Open boxes if necessary to reveal damage.
  • Have the driver note the number of damaged boxes on the shipping documents. This is required for reimbursement or replacement. Never let a driver talk you out of noting damage on the paperwork!
  • Take photos of damaged panels.
    • Photos of the damaged panels are required for reimbursement or replacement. We recommend that you have a camera available at time of delivery.
    • Take pictures of the individual panels
    • Take a group shot of all the damaged panels
  • Contact us as soon as possible at to determine whether you want reimbursement or replacement of the damaged panels.

Contents & Packaging

Your order is packed and shipped the following business day. You will receive an email the next business day with tracking information and an estimated delivery date for your order. Tracking numbers may not be active until the day after shipment. Please know that delivery dates and online tracking are estimates only. We can not make guarantees on behalf of the freight companies.

You will need to be available on-site to accept and unload the packages. You have the option of ordering a lift gate service from the freight carriers so that pallets can be unloaded by the driver and set on the ground. You must contact the freight company directly before your scheduled delivery to request this service. This may delay your delivery. Any additional fees or charges associated with this request would be your responsibility at the time of delivery.
