Measure twice, order once.
Verify the length and height of your project surfaces to determine accurate square footage for your order. Do not overestimate. Our online project calculator will automatically determine the best quantity and price level.
Do not order extra panels. Mis-cut panels can be glued back together and reused. Gross overshipment may not qualify for return authorization.
Payment and Taxes
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Check or Check Card. Personal checks require a processing time of three business days.
Customers shipping to locations within the United States can can purchase online via our secure website. Shipments to locations outside the United States must call (888) 501-7899 to place an order.
For sales made to MN, MA, PA, ID, SD or Canadian addresses, sales tax will be collected. For all other sales, the customer is responsible for any state or local sales tax.
At this time we do not have any resellers outside of the USA. We can ship orders internationally if you are interested in importing the InSoFast panels for your project.
For international orders payment is by wire transfer. You have two options for shipping; we can deliver to a US port of your choice and you can work directly with your freight forwarder to make the overseas shipping arrangements. The price includes delivery to any US port. (Note that pricing does not include any import or duty fees that maybe levied by your government.)
Freight forwarding charges range from $1500.00 - $4000.00. It takes a day or two to receive a completed quote – please only serious requests for freight quotes. We can also ship directly to your location but freight charges would apply. (It is much less expensive to ship to your local port.)
Shipments outside the United States must contact us by email @ firstname.lastname@example.org to place an order.
You can purchase a full-size sample panel for $20.00 in order to see if InSoFast is right for your project. Sample packages demonstrate all the key engineered features of the panel and include an installation guide as well as other product literature. You can also use it in your final project.
If you’ve purchased a sample panel and decide to use InSoFast to complete your project, we refund the price of the sample from your final total. You must order more than 4 boxes to receive the credit. If you purchase 2 samples – one UX and one EX, to compare – your order must exceed 8 boxes to receive the sample credit.
Credit limited to 2 samples.
No Returns without Authorization. Authorized Returns subject to $30 Restocking Charge per box. No Returns after 30 days. No Returns for sales outside the continental US.

Contents & Packaging
Your order is packed and shipped the following business day. You will receive an email the next business day with tracking information and an estimated delivery date for your order. Tracking numbers may not be active until the day after shipment. Please know that delivery dates and online tracking are estimates only. We can not make guarantees on behalf of the freight companies.
You will need to be available on-site to accept and unload the packages. You have the option of ordering a lift gate service from the freight carriers so that pallets can be unloaded by the driver and set on the ground. You must contact the freight company directly before your scheduled delivery to request this service. This may delay your delivery. Any additional fees or charges associated with this request would be your responsibility at the time of delivery.
Lift Gate Service is available for an additional fee of $129.00 This services could also add 5-7 business days to transit time. We can not make guarantees on behalf of the freight companies.
If you ordered the lift gate service from the freight carriers the pallets can be unloaded by the driver and set on the ground. You must order the lift gate service prior to shipment . Once the order is enroute changes may not be available from the assigned carrier.
If you need to make any changes before your scheduled delivery you are responsible to contact the freight company directly..This may further delay your delivery. Any additional fees or charges associated with any requests would be your responsibility at the time of delivery.
