InSoFast Insulation Inserts For Shipping Containers

InSoFast Inserts provide a flat surface for the walls or ceiling while adding insulation. The inserts can be used with our InSoFast panels or with any foamboard. By filling up the corrugations of the shipping container, any possibility of convective loops of air behind the insulation are eliminated and the risk of condensation is reduced. The inserts are installed with construction adhesive and are designed to fit most shipping containers. Using InSoFast Inserts for your storage container insulation eliminates the risks involved with insulating shipping containers.

Get the Most Out of Your Storage Container Insulation

InSoFast Inserts can be used with standard foamboard for storage containers, refrigeration applications or other situation where you do not need to attach any finishes or shelving to the walls. The Inserts can also be used with InSoFast Panels for applications where more R-Value is required than the standard CX-44 panels or when the shipping container has dents that would make CX-44 installation difficult.

Creates a Flat Surface
InSoFast Inserts create a flat surface on the corrugated wall of the container. This makes it easy to install foamboard insulation or InSoFast Panels the walls of your storage containers.

Prevents Condensation
InSoFast Inserts prevent condensation by filling up the voids behind the insulation the can draw air into the wall through a convective loop

Compatable with InSoFast Panels or Standard Foamboard
Standard foamboard can be used to reduce the cost of the shipping container project. InSoFast Panels can be used to create a fully finished and insulated container home.

Benefits of Closed Cell Spray Foam:
    • Extreme air sealing is achieved by covering the home in
a continuous layer of spray foam
    • Spray foam is water, vapor and air-tight, so it takes the
place of the vapor barrier, WRB and rainscreen
    • The structure is dried in when spray foam is applied
    • Extremely high R-Values
    • The new HFO Blowing Agent is environmentally friendly

X-Bracket Exterior Walls

                     Benefits of Blown-in Insulation:
    • Lowest cost insulation available
    • The ventilated rainscreen draws moisture out of the
insulation through the WRB, leading to a high drying
       potential
    • Blown-in insulation still allows the wall to breathe
    • Most blown-in insulation is environmentally friendly
