How Strong is the InSoFast Stud?
Can InSoFast Really Hold The Weight? We understand the initial concerns people have in learning our panels’ structural framing is made of plastic…and that it’s designed
The X-Bracket System is the new and better way to install basement insulation! Closed cell spray foam is installed continuously, creating a continuous vapor, air, moisture and radon barrier in a continuous, monolithic layer of spray foam.
Electrical rough-in is easy with the X-Bracket System – simply clip wires into the built-in electrical clips. There is no need to drill holes for electrical wires. The X-Bracket System provides flood-resistant durability, minimizing water damage and preventing mold growth.
Increase space in your basement with the low-profile X-Bracket System, while maximizing energy efficiency. The X-Bracket System allows closed cell spray foam to be used continuously on a basement wall without air gap framing, meeting building code with less spray foam. The continuous layer of spray foam also acts as a soil gas barrier to protect your home from radon.
Zero Thermal Bridging
The X-Bracket System allows spray foam to be used continuously without thermal bridging, achieving maximum performance from your basement insulation insulation, lowering energy bills and providing maximum comfort.
Easy Electrical Rough In
Romex or metal clad wire can be easily clipped into the electrical clips on the X-Brackets, then are locked in place when spray foam is installed. There is no need to drill holes in the studs to pull electrical wires, speeding up electrical installation.
Engineered for Simplicity & Speed
The X-Bracket System is pre-engineered to handle loads
of TV’s and cabinets. The X-Brackets incorporate a
proprietary glue surface to create a, extremely strong
bond with the concrete
Flood & Moisture Resistant Construction
The spray foam and polymer X-Brackets are resistant to mold and decay. In addition, metal hat channels can be used instead of wood furring strips to eliminate the possibility of water damage or mold.
Protect the Home From Radon
Only 1.25″ of closed cell spray foam is required to effectively mitigate radon infiltration into your basement. Spray foam is also much easier to install than traditional radon mitigation systems, and all penetrations are completely sealed.
Maximize Space In Your Basement
The low profile design of the X-Bracket System maximizes space with a profile 2″ to 4″ less than traditional basement insulation & framing methods.
Energy Savings: Lower utility bills with superior insulation and airtight construction.
Durability: Homes built to last, with resistance to mold, rot, and flooding.

Can InSoFast Really Hold The Weight? We understand the initial concerns people have in learning our panels’ structural framing is made of plastic…and that it’s designed
InSoFast panels retrofit old homes by installing over existing siding, adding continuous insulation without demolition. Their built-in attachment points and moisture channels improve energy efficiency and durability with minimal disruption.
Rainscreens matter. InSoFast panels feature built-in rainscreen technology, creating a continuous drainage plane that helps manage moisture and prevent trapped water behind the insulation. Reduces the risk of mold, rot, and structural damage, and ensures a longer-lasting, healthier wall system.
“InSoFast, thanks for your help. PS: We (two 73 year old men) installed 1,200SF of insulation on relatively tricky walls (lots of fitting) in 12 man hours. This was the first time for both men, and we simply watched your video for guidance. We plan to incrementally go through all our buildings with your product.”

““Oh man what a difference those panels made this past winter. The basement was within a degree or two of the first floor over the winter. I’m so glad I went with your system, wood is crazy expensive and not that straight, just over $8 a 2×4 now.”
-Jim
“I didn’t believe it was the same cost as framing and insulation, so I had to figure out the framing and insulation myself. It was virtually the same. I ordered the InSoFast had it shipped directly to my home. I didn’t have to make multiple trips to the lumber yard or worry about loading framing lumber in my vehicle. By myself it took about 6 to 8 hrs to install the panels. InSoFast is an awesome product!”
-James
“We did our first shipping container build using traditional rigid foam insulation and wood framing. We recently completed our first custom music studio with InSoFast – what a difference! Your video product documentation on YouTube made the entire process virtually trivial. Armed with a cordless caulking gun and a job site table saw, we insulated the interior of our 20’ container, almost perfectly, in less than two hours; literally 10x faster than it took to insulate and frame using traditional products from the hardware store. Drywalling over your product was a breeze! Our customer, is thrilled with the results.”
