InSoFast Panels for exterior insulation are a fast and easiest way to install continuous insulation, rain screen and furring all in one step. Weather you are an experienced contractor or a first time DIY’er, InSoFast panels will are the right choice for your project.
Built-in rain screen on both sides of the panels control any moisture that penetrates the wall – the double rain screen provides double protection. The built-in insulated studs are not only a strong attachment point for siding, but also allows the panels to insulate continuously without thermal bridging. This means less insulation is required by code and will outperform cavity insulation.
Why Settle for Foam Board? Upgrade to InSoFast Panels!
InSoFast Panels do more than insulate—they integrate framing, moisture control, and solid attachment points into one easy-to-install solution. Install exterior continuous insulation in one trip around the house, saving time and money!

Skip the furring strips with our built in studs. Our
engineered panels lock together for a streamlined,
DIY-friendly installation using tools you already have
while saving time and labor.
Pre-Engineered Solution
InSoFast panels are the engineered solution for exterior insulation. The built-in studs eliminate the need for furring strips and the interlocking tongue and groove design saves time, reducing the amount of materials required.
Moisture & Mold Resistant for Lasting Durability
100% made from breathable inorganic material, InSoFast panels will never mold, rot or rust. The panels also incorporate a rain screen on both sides of the panels to quickly drain any moisture that penetrates the wall.
Disaster Resistance
InSoFast Panels are designed for durability – even in the harshest conditions. They are not damaged by moisture, creating a durable wall assembly that can withstand extreme winds and the strongest storms.
Code-Compliant & High-Performance
With high performance continuous insulation, InSoFast Panels offer Class A Fire Ratings, exceptional holding power, and long-term durability that traditional foam board insulation can’t match.

Benefits of EPS Foam:
• EPS is an inert foam, meaning there is no blowing agent,
making it environmentally friendly and allowing it to
maintain its R-Value long-term unlike other types of
foam
• EPS is semi-permeable, allowing outward drying of
moisture
• EPS is recyclable
• Less expensive than other types of foam
InSoFast panels retrofit old homes by installing over existing siding, adding continuous insulation without demolition. Their built-in attachment points and moisture channels improve energy efficiency and durability with minimal disruption.
Rainscreens matter. InSoFast panels feature built-in rainscreen technology, creating a continuous drainage plane that helps manage moisture and prevent trapped water behind the insulation. Reduces the risk of mold, rot, and structural damage, and ensures a longer-lasting, healthier wall system.
Can InSoFast Really Hold The Weight? We understand the initial concerns people have in learning our panels’ structural framing is made of plastic…and that it’s designed
“They went “in so fast” that I really didn’t think of taking photos until it was too late. I was very pleased with the InSoFast panels.”
-Josh
“When I saw InSoFast EX I realized there was an opportunity here to help us meet energy codes and simplify installation…The thing I liked about it is that it’s the insulation and the furring strips all in one piece. It adheres to the wall or it can be mechanically fastened. It’s so simple anyone can do it.”
-Mick Aller Architect
“I found the product easy, fast and economical to use and recommend it first and above all other options to all my customers when the application is appropriate.”
-Rojak Builders
“The previous 20’ shipping container insulation kit worked out absolutely perfect, and the customer was very happy with the end result. The project was for a natural gas company and their very expensive gas analyzing/metering equipment.”

Idaho has a diverse climate influenced by elevation and geography, with generally cold winters and warm, dry summers. Northern Idaho experiences more precipitation and milder temperatures, while southern Idaho is drier with hotter summers and colder winters. Mountain regions receive significant snowfall, making winter sports and water runoff important to the state’s landscape.
Idaho’s history is rooted in Native American tribes such as the Nez Perce, Shoshone, and Coeur d’Alene. The discovery of gold in the 1860s spurred settlement, and Idaho became the 43rd state in 1890. Agriculture, mining, and forestry have played central roles in the state’s development.
