Benefits of EPS Foam:
• EPS is an inert foam, meaning there is no blowing agent,
making it environmentally friendly and allowing it to
maintain its R-Value long-term unlike other types of
foam
• EPS is semi-permeable, allowing outward drying of
moisture
• EPS is recyclable
• Less expensive than other types of foam
InSoFast panels retrofit old homes by installing over existing siding, adding continuous insulation without demolition. Their built-in attachment points and moisture channels improve energy efficiency and durability with minimal disruption.
Rainscreens matter. InSoFast panels feature built-in rainscreen technology, creating a continuous drainage plane that helps manage moisture and prevent trapped water behind the insulation. Reduces the risk of mold, rot, and structural damage, and ensures a longer-lasting, healthier wall system.
Can InSoFast Really Hold The Weight? We understand the initial concerns people have in learning our panels’ structural framing is made of plastic…and that it’s designed
“They went “in so fast” that I really didn’t think of taking photos until it was too late. I was very pleased with the InSoFast panels.”
-Josh
“When I saw InSoFast EX I realized there was an opportunity here to help us meet energy codes and simplify installation…The thing I liked about it is that it’s the insulation and the furring strips all in one piece. It adheres to the wall or it can be mechanically fastened. It’s so simple anyone can do it.”
-Mick Aller Architect
“I found the product easy, fast and economical to use and recommend it first and above all other options to all my customers when the application is appropriate.”
-Rojak Builders
“The previous 20’ shipping container insulation kit worked out absolutely perfect, and the customer was very happy with the end result. The project was for a natural gas company and their very expensive gas analyzing/metering equipment.”

Maine’s economy is shaped by its natural resources, coastal location, and tourism. Historically dependent on shipbuilding, fishing, and paper production, the state has diversified into healthcare, education, and light manufacturing. Lobster and other seafood remain iconic exports, along with blueberries, potatoes, and forest products. Tourism is a major driver, with millions visiting Acadia National Park, the rugged coastline, and small seaside towns. Renewable energy, particularly wind and tidal power, is an emerging sector. While Maine has a smaller population and workforce compared to many states, its economy is bolstered by niche industries and a steady influx of seasonal tourism.
Maine was originally home to the Wabanaki Confederacy, including the Penobscot, Passamaquoddy, Maliseet, and Mi’kmaq peoples. European settlement began in the early 1600s with the French and later the English. For many years, Maine was part of Massachusetts. It became the 23rd state in 1820 under the Missouri Compromise, entering the Union as a free state to balance Missouri’s admission as a slave state. Maine’s shipyards were vital in the 19th century, and it supplied resources and soldiers during the Civil War. In the 20th century, its paper mills, fisheries, and tourism industries helped shape its identity. Today, Maine is known for its natural beauty, maritime heritage, and independent character.
