The X-Bracket System allows spray foam insulation to be installed above the floor. This can be useful for insulation retrofits, garage conversions and even new construction.
The X-Bracket System will soften a concrete floor to be easy on your joints and feet, and it will isolate the room from the thermal mass of the concrete slab, making it feel warmer than a traditional concrete floor without the need for in-floor heating.
The X-Bracket System can also be used for radon mitigation, using closed-cell spray foam to seal out radon gas, in conjunction with closed cell spray foam on the walls. The system allow electrical wires or water lines through the floor with ease.
