Container PanelsContainer InSerts are a specifically shaped sleeve of EPS foam designed to fill the inset corrugation of a shipping container. They are intended to be used in conjunction with InSoFast Panels to achieve maximum insulation and air-tightness in minimum space.
What are the dimensions?Container InSerts are designed to fit the trapezoidal corrugation of most shipping container as depicted in the diagrams below: Please review your container’s measurements to ensure they will fit before ordering. We are capable of producing custom-fit InSerts if you find our standard size incompatible.

How are they installed?InSerts can be adhered directly to the metal with PL Premium 3X. They are intended for the inset portions of corrugated walls. After installation, the walls of the shipping container will be a flush surface to be covered in full by InSoFast panels.
How many should I order?This will depend on the dimensions of your project and how many corrugated sections you need to fill. Each insert is 48″ (4ft) long which means 2 inserts are needed to fill 1 corrugated section of an 8ft-high container.
